Remote Support

With Remote Support a support engineer will assist you via website/e-mail, remote access and phone conversation in order to solve technical incidents.
Purchase support tickets on our Loway Online Shop.

Our support engineers are available Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. CET.
We guarantee a response time of one business day.

Each Per-Incident Support Ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be broken down into separate issues. If a problem contains multiple issues, each will be charged as a new, separate Per-Incident Support Ticket.
An “Incident” is defined as a single, discrete technical problem for which one of our Support Engineers will be connecting remotely to your servers for resolution.

Upon purchasing a Per-Incident Support Ticket, you will receive an order confirmation with the Incident Codes (required for the support delivery). Please install GotoMeeting conference tool and grant root SSH access to the involved servers in order to facilitate support delivery.

If the incident was addressed in a later build of the software, the customer will still be charged for the support.
If the incident turns out to be a defect in our software and the support engineer is unable to find a solution, the customer will not be charged and will receive a new Incident Code.

Incident Support does NOT include configuration of Asterisk PBX or other non-Loway systems and the writing of custom software, patches or extension of Loway systems.

Priority Support Service

Price: 20% of current license.
One year duration.

With the Priority E-mail Support your requests will be handled on top of the list in any case, leading to a response time of a few hours. Priority Support is handled directly by Loway and not by official resellers.

Remote Installation Service

Price: CHF 500

We can install WombatDialer for you. Our engineers will guide you through the full installation process step by step. After purchase, we will contact you in order to set up a suitable time for intervention (SSH and HTTP access to server on port 80 and 8080, plus a local person, required).

  • Installation of WombatDialer latest version, with flat file or SQL storage, on any Linux server.
  • Startup/shutdown scripts.
  • Data import from your underlying Asterisk PBX configuration.
  • WombatDialer users creation as needed.
  • Appropriate log rotation strategies set up.

* Remote installation service does not include rebuilding and configuring Asterisk PBX or MySQL, both must be already present on the machine and fully working before our intervention.

Customization Proposal

If you have already purchased a license and need a customized solution ask us to make a customization proposal. The analysis cost (CHF 200) will be deducted from the final payment for the service if purchased.
